“Wisconsin Faces of Addiction” Memorial Quilts To Be Displayed At Community Medical Services

The Fond du Lac Clinic of Community Medical Services is holding an open house where they will be displaying “Wisconsin Faces of Addiction” Memorial Quilts by the Megan Kelley Foundation.

The “Wisconsin Faces of Addiction” Memorial Quilts travel throughout Wisconsin, visually showing the impact addiction has made on Wisconsin families and communities.

The annually made quilts showcase the faces and names of Wisconsinites who have died directly as a result of substance misuse, including children, police officers, and those who died as a result of an overdose.

The quilts are a hallmark project of the Megan Kelley Foundation, a nonprofit organization named after Bev Kelley-Miller’s daughter, Megan, who died from a heroin overdose in 2015.

The open house will take place Saturday, March 25, 2023, from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the clinic at 23 W. Scott Street.

Community Medical Services provides treatment for those struggling with Opioid Use Disorder, operating 45 clinics across nine states.
