>>Brewers Submit List Of Names For 60-Player Pool To League

(Milwaukee, WI) — The Milwaukee Brewers have submitted their list of names for the 60-player pool to league officials. Sunday was the deadline. Because of the shortened spring training, teams are expected to use more pitchers because the starters won’t stay in the game as long as they have in the past.

>>Big Ten Network Picks Taylor, Borland For All-Decade Football Team

(New York, NY)  —  Sports Illustrated is pointing to former Packers coach Mike McCarthy as its odds-on favorite to be NFL Coach of the Year.  S-I-dot-com writer Albert Breer calls McCarthy a really good coach who has a good veteran staff.  He says the Dallas Cowboys roster has enough talent to win the 12 games it would take for McCarthy to win the honor.  Breer says coaches like Sean Payton and John Harbaugh are great, but their teams would need to get close to a 16-and-0 record for one of those two coaches to take the award.
