Witness Sought

Oshkosh Police are looking for a possible witness in a sexual assault investigation. Forty-eight-year-old Shannon Frantz was arrested at the Pollock Pool on June 24th on a 1st degree sexual assault of a child charge.  Police are trying to track down the parents of a girl who was wearing a pink bathing suit with light blue circles and light blue patterned designs (similar to picture). Those parents are asked to contact Detective Chee Vang at (920) 236-5741.
