Ziegler Being Released Back Into FDL Community

The Fond du Lac Police Department is letting the public know that Michael R. Ziegler, is being released back into the Fond du Lac Community. Ziegler had been serving additional prison time for violations of his supervised release. 

Ziegler was convicted in 2006 on 5 counts of Possession of Child Pornography and in 2003 on Federal charges of Possession of Child Pornography. Special conditions of Michael R Ziegler’s supervised release: 

1) No contact with victims, no unsupervised contact with minors, no presence in taverns, bars, or liquor stores, and no use of alcohol or illegal drugs. 

2) Comply with all rules of high risk sex offender supervision, and cooperate with electronic monitoring. 3) Face-to-face contact with law enforcement as required, lifetime registration and GPS with Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program. 

Michael R. Ziegler will be residing at 457 Thomas St. on or about March 31, 2020 and will be required to wear a GPS monitoring bracelet for life.
